Hef Is Down Another One

Our interest in Hugh Hefner’s “Girls Next Door” show has always been so low that we never bothered to learn the names of the three bimbettes who pretend to be his girlfriends. All we know is there’s a dumb one, a needy one and a redneck one.

Anyway, the redneck one is apparently ditching Hef for Philadelphia Eagles’ wide receiver Hank Baskett, who we can only hope is better at providing real life fantasies than he is at putting up fantasy football numbers.

If you believe the rumors coming out of Hollywood (and shame on you if you don’t), this would make two “girlfriends” that Hefner has lost in the last two weeks, this one being the other one.

Here’s the part of the story where we would ordinarily make a joke about Viagra not working, but after we did that in a previous story, let’s just say that karma reared its ugly head on our founding editor. And by “reared its ugly head” some irony was obviously intended.

It’s really not funny, people. Sometimes that stuff doesn’t work.
