What you may also want to look at is the ability of illegal immigrants to register and vote in such wonderfully diverse places like San Fran, Chicago, New York and the host of other sanctuary cities. You're correct in your assumption that these are out of place but the reality is this is what the businesses in America wanted and got. A cheap labor force that as long as they keep their heads down and keep doing the employers business, all is well. Until the American voter protects his right and voter ID is required across the land we'll always have the dead, the disabled, and the illegal using the system for their gain.
