We Need A New Favorite Football Team

With our beloved Indianapolis Colts struggling to recapture the glory of their Super Bowl triumph two years ago, it’s only natural that we’re battling a severe case of “fair-weather fandom.”

Obviously, we hope our Horsies can get everybody healthy at the same time and reclaim their rightful place atop the National Football League, but in the event they don’t, there’s really no harm in scouting a new potential favorite franchise, is there?

We’re kidding, of course (you don’t throw away twenty-one years of loyalty over a 1-2 start) but if we were serious about jumping ship, it’s looking increasingly likely that we’d become Buccaneers.

Maybe it’s the cool pirate boat they have in their stadium, or their legendary defensive prowess … who knows?
