Tom Dobbins is the Chairman of the Board of trustees for Anderson District 4. You might say, so what? It is very interesting because he is running against Don Bowen for the statehouse. Representative Bowen is up for his first re-election. Mr. Dobbins is courting the school teacher vote, and saying that Bowen is against public education. Let's face it, who is really against public education? it is the folks that continue to foster the same failed education system we have had in place for years.
