		<description>Yes, Clay, the state rivalry does matter.  In case you haven&#039;t noticed, we don&#039;t care about education in this state.  In fact, the only reason these two fine institutions for higher education were chartered, was to make money and give the village idiots something to &quot;crow&quot; about.  In the meantime, just shut up and play along, it&#039;s football season.   No brains, no headaches.</description>
