He’s Back
Brett Favre may be eleventy kabillion years old, but he can still chuck a football with the best of them - and not just against actors in a Wrangler Jeans commercial.
Favre completed 15 of 22 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns in his first game back from “retirement,” leading the New York Jets to a 20-14 road win over the Miami Dolphins, who in all fairness are only slightly better than actors in a Wrangler Jeans commercial.
Anyway, we were sad to see Favre go last year and are glad he’s back in the National Football League.
He’ll have a much tougher go of it next week against the New England Patriots, although it appears the defending AFC Champs will be without quarterback Tom “Poopie” Brady.

Brett Farve may be getting up there in the higher numbers of years, but he aint’ over the hill yet, and for a man of his age I think that he is a great Football player. Remember that the older you get the longer it takes to heal from getting hurt. And the fact that he can still take a hit and get up that fast and keep on playing, that is pretty extraordinary.
