When Did This Happen?
McCAIN IS BEATING BARACK OBAMA?
FITSNews – August 21, 2008 – Believe it or not, there’s a new Zogby poll out and GOP presidential nominee John McCain is up five points on Democrat Barack Obama.
Hold up … Obama’s losing? We thought he was pretty much the president already.
Anyway, from Zogby:
McCain not only enjoys a five-point edge in a two-way race against Obama, but also in a four-way contest including liberal independent candidate Ralph Nader and Libertarian Bob Barr, the poll reveals. In the four-way contest, McCain wins 44% support, Obama 39%, Barr 3% and Nader 2%.
This latest Reuters/Zogby poll is a dramatic reversal from the identical survey taken last month – in the July 9-13 Reuters/Zogby survey, Obama led McCain, 47% to 40%. In the four-way race last month, Obama held a 10-point lead over McCain.
“Dramatic reversal,” indeed. And we’re sure there’s a politically-correct explanation for it, too, one that ignores what we’ve felt all along was the real reason McCain still had a shot …

If the Dems want to win this year, Bamy is not the guy that can make it happen.
Hillary is the ONLY GUY THAT CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

As Al Gore remembers, having the most votes don’t get you the prize. It’s all about the electoral college
From The Swamp today, we can see the Obama is way ahead in electoral votes –
“The electoral votes in the Obama-advantage states add up to 260 in this average of the polls as of Aug. 13.
The electoral vote in the McCain-advantage states totaled 194 -and that was up 11 from the week before.
The states viewed as a toss-up held 84 electoral votes.
It takes 270 to win.”

Once again, the Dems are managing to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Although the repubs have made major missteps in Bush’s eight years, those problems aren’t being hung on McCain because he’s seen as an outsider or maverick. And he’s considered familiar, and thus, a safer pick than the unknown kid who has no meaningful experience. And the more people get to know Sen. Obama and see him for the angry liberal freak that he is, the more they worry about him … and swing toward McCain.

I’m glad that you’ve cleared up that rumor for us… in the words of Austin Powers: “SHE’S A MAN BABY!”
Good job Clintonista, now get in line before one of her “whip teams” comes after you for potentially ruining her future chances at any obtaining any public office, including dog catcher.
