He thought that getting elected to the county council gave him more ability to above the law. He got beat on a 3 to 1 ratio by a substellar opponent in the recent runoff because of his shenagans, which are just too many to list. His political career is like a train wreck full of death row inmates. People are just interested enough in the carnage for traffic to slow but no one is going to get out of their cars because the cargo isn't worth it.
