Putin Has A Point
RUSSIAN PRESIDENT FIRES BACK ON GEORGIAN INVASION
FITSNews – August 12, 2008 – After opening a can of whoop-ass on Georgia over the last three days, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had the following message for his critics in Washington D.C. today:
“Saddam Hussein, of course, needed to be hanged for destroying several Shi’ite villages,” Putin said. “But (not) the current Georgian leadership, which in less than an hour drove tanks through children and old people, burned people alive in their homes. These leaders need to be protected!”
Putin has a point – which is underscored by the fact America can’t do a damn thing about this situation, even if it wanted to.
Last week, troops from U.S.-friendly Georgia invaded a state that successfully fought for its independence back in the early 1990’s, and while there’s no independent confirmation of the atrocities of which Putin speaks, invasions generally aren’t accompanied by flowers and chocolate.
And so Putin’s military machine came in and settled things old school – like “blitzkrieg” old school. And we care why? Oh yeah … there’s a lot of oil over there.

phewph! Glad to see FITS making some of the best sense yet on foreign policy. It’s a spending issue, people!
Saakashvili is alligning with the muz, the same way Bill Clinton did in Serbia. Glenn Beck rocked the Township a couple of weeks ago when he said, “We either need to win our wars, or don’t fight them!”
Yeah, like dragging us into an inter-KGB squabble isn’t going to invite those creepy assassinations from London to New York. The CNN Libs can now add Putin Dergangement Syndrome to their list of sicknesses. Yet another crappy issue in which McCain and Obama are in complete unison. Neocons suck.
