ACTRESS WON’T COOPERATE WITH FEDS IN LEDGER INVESTIGATION
FITSNews - August 5, 2008 - We can never tell which one of the Olsen twins is Mary Kate and which one is Ashley … and believe us, it’s tormenting. There are some nights we lay awake until two, even three in the morning thinking about it … usually with this picture in the back of our minds.

What does Mary-Kate Olsen know about Heath Ledger’s drug use? And why won’t she talk to DEA investigators about it?
Olsen has reportedly refused to be interviewed by federal investigators from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency who are probing Heath Ledger’s accidental drug-related death.
She won’t talk unless she receives immunity from prosecution, which is her constitutional right.
Wait a minute … the government is investigating Ledger’s death? WTF?
Seriously, people. Nobody investigates it when a meth addict in Lee County, S.C. turns up dead, do they? We know Ledger just shot the moon with his remarkable performance as “The Joker,” but the fact he accidentally overdosed does not a Kennedy assassination make.

If Mary Kate was Heath’s supplier for the drugs that killed him, she has every right to want Immunity so she won’t go to jail for accidently killing him!
