Jim Merrill has figured it out, Glenn McConnell has figured it out on the Senate side, but some guys are just too dense to get it. One of these election cycles, the bell may toll for them, or, they may just wake up to a coup one morning, finding that their leadership positions have been lost to actual Republicans.
