		<description>Just remember that peoples&#039; attitudes about Congress tend to be bifurcated: the hate Congress (as an institution), but tend to love their individual Congressman/woman.....or at least like them better (or dislike them less) than Congress as a whole

While there are obvious exceptions (individual members of Congress with approval rating as low or lower than those of Congress)....this is true more often than it isn&#039;t.  Don&#039;t make the mistake of generalizing about the individual based on characteristics of the aggregate (also known as the &quot;ecological fallacy&quot;).</description>
