A LITTLE SOMETHING IN HONOR OF OUR VACATIONING EDITOR
FITSNews - July 17, 2008 - We have no idea if the surfer in this video made it off that monster wave alive, but as of this morning Sic Willie had survived his annual Atlantic Ocean bodysurfing competition.
Our founding editor called in this morning on a shaky cell phone line to let us know that he’s facing surprisingly stiff competition this year … and not just in his pants (editor’s note: ba doom ching ).
Perhaps not surprisingly, he didn’t ask once about his little website, but he did ask at least three times if “any of the FITS gals made out with each other” while he’s been gone.
Ahhh … priorities.
Anyway, we look forward to Sic hopping back in the saddle next Monday … it hasn’t been the same without him.

Rauch, who has been mayor since 1999, serves on a business development board for Los Angeles-based Advanced Cell Technology and in 2005 agreed to refer potential investors to the company in exchange for stock options and a percentage of the money raised through his referrals…………………
