After all, Sept. 11th was ultimately preformed by 20 persons - despite the remote planning and financing, are we to believe that entities that WERE NOT EVEN IN IRAQ BEFORE WE ARRIVED are sooooo tied down there - after entering of their own accord - that 20 guys can slip away for a second terrorist attack on U.S. soil? Victory was secured when Saddam was captured and their armies crushed. It should have been all over the news. In any other conflict, nothing with so few casualties, albeit any casualties are too many, no matter how small the number. They should have changed all reference to the Iraq situation as we have passed the "war" part and need to enter the rebuilding and stabilization faze. But to the liberal media that would not sell and then they could not Bush Bash. No lets give the liberal press a little bone we did some things wrong and could have done a lot better. Well that would have happened to any one of us, this is fighting we have never seen, what enemy dresses up mentally challenged women with a fake pregnancy prosthetic and blows them up. We are not dealing in anything we understand, just ask some troops on the ground and you know. From one Intel insider I have know for many years who initially was not a big fan if the Iraq situation. Then he got to see first hand on the ground for 4 month clips and heading back shortly. He is like a different person, believes he is protecting his family and ours. States without hesitation and complete belief that if we were not there, he believes 100% we would have had at a MINIMUM another 9/11 if not multiple ones. He says we truly have no conception of how fanatical they are. Within the last week one of the groups publicly beheaded two of their own people they claimed gave information to the Americans, LIVE right in from of a crowd, they started by slitting their throats. But instead of looking at that lets focus on something W did wrong to cause all this. I mean come on already. We have not seen evil like these radical insurgents since Hitler.
