YES, WE’RE DOING IT …

FITSNews – June 24, 2008 – First things first … what the hell is a runoff? Well, in South Carolina primary elections, if no candidate gets fifty percent of the vote (well, 50% plus one vote), the top two finishers face off against each other two weeks later in a “runoff” election.

Basically, it’s an excuse to hear about politics for fourteen more days, which we’re sure the vast majority of South Carolinians are thrilled about … speaking in Imusarcasm, of course.

Anyway, since we got in trouble with Sic Willie for not “live-blogging” during the 2008 Republican primary elections two weeks ago, we will be giving it a go tonight … so check back with FITSNews later tonight for some “streaming updates” and all that jazz …
