Yes, it would also benefit those that exceptionally smart that may need to be challenged more. The school do not lose money from this...if a child was not to go to the public school, all the federal funds stay with the school and some of the state funds...even though the child is not there. Surely those of you at STOP TAX . ORG don't like paying for things you don't use. That has been your motto when property tax was such a big issue several years back.
