“BUSH OVERSIMPLIFIED?” C’MON, BLOOMBERG

FITSNews – June 5, 2008 – Back when he was the governor’s press secretary, our founding editor Sic Willie never returned calls from Bloomberg. It wasn’t anything against them, he honestly thought they were some Jewish local access station or something. Of course seeing as Bloomberg writes inherently illogical headlines, Sic is now completely vindicated. Check this one out, for example:

Bush Oversimplified Iraq Intelligence, Report Says

We’re not saying the President of the United States is stupid or anything, we’re just saying he’s not very smart – and if there’s anybody receiving the benefit of oversimplification, it’s probably him.

In fact, the only example of Bush oversimplifying that we can think of would be him offering a baboonish grunt instead of saying “ey, pass me sum o dat …”
