Dear Lucky
Bring the MEGADUMP to your county. By the way, in the June 10th primary, less than 5000 turned out to vote.
When almost 2400 returned to the polls on June 24th to vote NO, we thought we did good.
Are you suggesting that because of low voter turnout that the June 10th vote should not count also!

Your no vote was heard, but now we have to sit and wait because the commitee has misrepresented themselves, you all claimed that the community and the entire county was behind you and look what happend only a few thousand voted, you intimadated more people than uou got support from. Blame yourselves if the dump comes not elected officals and public figures.

I was asked by the “elderly” lady to drive her to vote absentee and she “asked” the attendent on duty if I could help her. There was “no trick” of hands while voting to cause a different name to come up. We brought the “problem’ to the attendents attention. She said, “hit go back”. The machine should have been shut down immediately. Later on when questions about machine problems were presented, people in elections office said “nothing” had happened with machines, even though others had had same problem.

So noone elese checked it out ,Has the happened to anyone else ? Did the member of the group vote to ? Did theirs change also ?

A member of the group was present at the time of the vote being cast and made immediate notification to the election officials. There is plenty of follow up but it is South Carolina, so we will see where it stalls this time.

Wonder with all of this , Has anyone from this group who has made these accusations voted on the machine ? The question is was there any follow up or just accusations ?

If this was just a chance to get media exposure, do you think someone as upstanding as Mr. Sweatt would submit himself to the Justice Department or the ridicule of the willfully blind? Were you the election official that was consulted immediately and did you check the machine to be sure that is “simply” what happened? There is a lot of buzz going around about deceased people voting absentee over the years. Proven or not, the suspicion of corruption remains rampant in Marlboro County. By the way, a chance to get media exposure is what Mr. jennings lives by. I guess it’s OK for him whenever he chooses to use it? All is not peaches and cream in politics my friends!!! Many politicians cannot even spell Oath let alone abide by one. Political nature seems to be leaning toward taking care of one’s self, regardless of how it affects the people who put you in office. Voters obviously want to make a change that is overdue and want to have a fair opportunity to make that happen! If this “media exposure” does nothing more than prompt people to look at the final ballot, it was worth every word in print! This is assuming, of course, that the tally can be trusted (remember the Presidential Election and the Florida ballot issue)?

Affidavids does not replace the fact of reviewing your ballot and simply selecting the back option <- on the page and correct the selection that your other finger accidently touched ( and thats simply what happened in this situation) when you were voting in other races on the ballot. If people would only read and ASK for help when you dont understand. I blame the VOTER AND MR SWEATT, if they saw it was not correct why didnt they ask a election official before they cast their vote, you always have a chance to go back and correct. I think this is soley a chance to get media exposure.

By the way, H.R. Pufnstuff, Hillary Clinton had the nomination in the bag, too. Oh, I’m sorry, she must have been baking her entry for the “cake walk” you refer to so confidently instead of taking care of the people, taxpayers and ctizens that were voting!!!
