IT TAKES A DUMBASS TO KNOW A DUMBASS, PEOPLE
FITSNews – June 3, 2008 – We were already planning on writing our “undorsement” of S.C. Rep. B.R. Skelton today, which is why the clip above is pretty much manna from heaven.
We’re not entirely sure what important issue Skelton is addressing in this video, but we do know he refers to voters as “atomic brains” when they’re voting for him and “dumbasses” when they’re voting for local leaders … a process Skelton refers to as “ironic.”
Hmmm … what’s really “ironic” is that good ole’ boys with Skelton’s liberal voting record still have the nerve to call themselves Republicans. Seriously, whenever there’s a chance to actually vote for something Republican, Skelton is always teaming up with the Democrats to defeat it.

As with his left-wing comrades Keith Kelly, Bill Sandifer and Bob Walker, Skelton needs to be sent a clear message that it’s not okay to claim the mantle of Reagan conservatism when you’re busy growing government like this.
