When Crazy, Retarded Midgets Mud Wrestle
TWO OF SOUTH CAROLINA’S DIMMEST BULBS SQUARE OFF
FITSNews – May 30, 2008 – Watching a fight between South Carolina Republican activists Rick Beltram and Terry Sullivan is a lot like watching two crazy, retarded midgets mud wrestling. You know it’s going to be dirty, you know it’s going to be intellectually vacuous and you know no matter who “wins” or “loses” the infantile penis measuring contest, both are still hung like baby squirrels.
Anyway, Beltram and Sullivan have been trading public, um, “jabs” at each other this afternoon over the ongoing telephonic scandal that has engulfed Sullivan’s firm, which is working with the S.C. Senate Republican Caucus to funnel soft money to protect incumbent politicians. It all started with Beltram’s missive to Sullivan from the Spartanburg County Republican Party:
We have checked the law regarding automated calls and it appears that your organization is in violation of SC Code of Laws: 16-17-446. We have been given some very sage advice on how to handle any future calls. This is your last nice warning!
To which Sullivan replied:
Rick, You are full of more shit today then usual; Quite the accomplishment for you … If you want to run campaigns then man up, do it and take credit for it. If not, stop this juvenile behavior. But most importantly stop acting like a chicken shit who wants it both ways… you’re not fooling anyone.
Seriously, the fact that the Democrats haven’t taken over South Carolina yet is truly baffling … of course since most South Carolina “Republicans” really are Democrats, the irony is that they kinda already have.

Did you have to use the retarded midgets analogy? You couldn’t have come up with something else without demeaning and hurting people with special needs. I just don’t think it’s okay to take away people’s dignity with a casual remark.
You probably will say that you didn’t say anything directly to a person living with special needs. As if that makes it alright. People living with mental retardation didn’t ask to be born that way. But they do deserve respect, a point you might have missed.
Maybe you didn’t realize how much your comment hurts people with special needs and their families. But now you do.

You should apologize to retarded people and midgets for associating them with low lifes like Beltram and Sullivan.
