If you knew Nicky, you would know a kind and gentle person, a family man and someone who is always in Clemson's corner. While I am not a Clemson person......I know him well and know this is merely sour grapes! Get over it and get on with things like fixing education. Now there's a good one. There's as many scandals within that division of goverment than you could ever cover in a reporters lifetime. He is an IPTAY Booster Club donor at the highest level and beyond, even giving a very substantial donation to the West End Zone fund, which can be seen on the Clemson Athletics site, where they provide a list of donors. On top of that, he is on two other Clemson boards, including the Board of Visitors. If you look at political campaign donation sites, you can see that he has been writing checks to legislators since 1995.
