It can park virtually anywhere in that crowded city and Andre will only have to leave downtown for fuel once a month. It seems Andre is doing his part to leave fuel for others...including truckers, policman and moms hauling kids. It seems like an excellent thing the Lt. Governor is doing, and I am glad he has quietly put his conservative values to work. All of your jokes aside, why is it bad for a man to use only what he needs? It is the perfect car for Charleston.
