1) Wikiweirdia lays a bet that the Gina he calls is Gina Sams. He’s right. As to what he was doing calling her, I guess Wikiweirida missed the “thanks for tonight” comment and the fact that Scott was followed from the Bi-Lo parking lot where an “unknown female” was seen exiting his car. If someone wants to have some real fun, they should FOIA the tag number of the female to confirm what the bulk of Dorchester County Employees already know to be true.

2) Would it be possible to elect Mrs. Scott instead? While I don’t know her personally I was amused to hear her annouce that she was not going to chap his ass on the phone because she knew she was being recorded, after which she informed him, “I’m smarter than you, A LOT.” I guess if my wife found out I was “driving around” with my former secretary in my car in the middle of the night and than had the balls to have the secretary call my wife to inform her of my predicament she would chap my ass too. At least Mrs. Scott shows some level of education and self-restraint!

3) Granted the road test is difficult to hear (note to cops – next time turn off your radio in the car so we can hear the more interesting conversation occuring with the drunks outside the vehicle), but did I understand this Senator to say he has only a GED? Can’t we just stop the conversation right there – enough said. Nah, what fun would that be . . .

4) What in the hell is wrong with our judicial selection process such that a local Senator can appoint his own nephew to the bench? Does anyone know his qualifications? Would it be possible to start choosing judges based on their actual knowledge of the law. Hey, at least the guy had the common sense to NOT appear to release his uncle in the middle of the night . . . in fact, none of the Magistrate’s actually responded to his pleas so we must give them some ounce of credit for that.

5) Why is it in Dorchester County when anybody gets themselves in a jam we have to make ourselves look worse by reminding everyone about all the other piles of shit our other leaders have stepped in to?

So far we have heard:

Randy was busted for DUI b/c Ray Nash set him up.

Ray Nash, whose employee stold money from the County, is using this an a ploy to take attention away from himself (hard to believe for even the fondest of conspiracy theory lovers) .

Mike Rose shouldn’t beat Randy b/c he too has skeltons in his closet, including dealing with a former judge who was indicted and later killed himself in jail.

The Magistrates are screwed up b/c Randy appointed them and they work with dumb deputies all day.

For God’s sake . . . will the blame game ever end? I can’t believe someone out there can’t find a way to tie in the Auditor’s candidate that’s about to be indicted for giving tax breaks to all her friends, the several DUI’s of another state representative, or perhaps some of the dirt (truckloads of dirt) on County Council. I wonder with the reputation we are making for ourselves down here if anyone with any moral fortitude whatsoever will ever run for office again. And even if they did, would we have the sense enough to actually elect them? Then, what would we have to talk about?

What can I say man? WOW! What a fine example of grammer and spelling! Is this what we can expect from Randy Scott supporters? Then Mike Rose has nothing to worry about in the upcoming elections, because Scott’s supporters won’t even be able to fill out a voter registration card.

When I am feeling that low blood sugar thing coming on, water is not going to do the trick. I need a bit of hard candy or a small glass of juice. Scott lost me with those remarks.

I live with what he said he has everyday. If he had a constant thirst, it was because his blood sugar was out of control. Two things do that. Too much sugar or too much drinking. Damn if I would admit such on a recorded call.

I gave him a pass on the false leg and the sobriety test, because, one day, I might have one due to what I live with. But, when he played the diabetic card so to speak, well , I admit, it sort of pissed me off.

Now, maybe his blood sugar could help his defense. Too high or too low can leave one out of it, so to speak, but I just get one of those bad feelings about this guy. And, I don’t like Governor’s mafia! At least the guy didn’t go apeshit with a woman or anything.

But, hey, what do I know?
