As many corrupt Carolinians have met their demise at the hands of the Federal Courts with many similiar attributes. Equal protection clause in SC is equal to paying off the Crips , the Bloods, and apparently the SCHP too. Hopefully, Blackwater USA will be deployed in the near future to straighten out the state that seems to be in an endless Hurricane Katrina spiral since inception.
