Yeah I agree with you. Why not just let the ambulance chasers, pork lovers and drunks keep running the state? I mean, we’re doing so well as it is…

Oh wait- we’re almost last in education, economic development and quality of life.

So, no big deal if lobbyists keep buying off seats as opposed to normal citizens donating to candidates.

Taking money from trial lawyers or taking money from randoms in Mount Pleasant…..it’s all about who you are associated with, I guess.
Some may not be fortunate enough to have money funneled to them through Gov. Sanford’s “groups”. Oh wait, he’s not affiliated with them. I forgot.
P.S. Why would Rep Talley go to a strip club? His wife is hot.

the fact of the matter is that taking time out for this crap like banning lap dances, instituting voluntary drug tests for candidates and worrying about Pitchfork Ben Tillman shows how ridiculous our statehouse is. was it really that long ago that politicians had the balls to actually do something that will benefit the state in the long run.
