RADIOHEAD WOULD BE PROUD, PEOPLE

FITSNews – April 14, 2008 – For the second time this month, S.C. Republican Gov. Mark Sanford has called out an establishment “GOP” consultant, this time referring to South Carolina’s resident dirty trickster Rod Shealy as “creepy.”

Sanford, who was in Beaufort County this morning on behalf of his former chief of staff Tom Davis, said Shealy’s tactics represent “everything that’s wrong with politics today.”

Davis is running for a State Senate seat against incumbent Catherine Ceips, whose reelection campaign stumbled badly last month when a botched political stunt reportedly engineered by Shealy ended up detonating in Ceips’ face.

No word yet on whether Sanford finds Shealy’s occasional partner-in-crime Sic Willie “creepy,” too …

Does this mean I shouldn’t be expecting the Order of the Palmetto?

That video made reading about Mark Sandorf worthwhile.

And what is surprising about a political consultant being creepy? I thought that was a part of the job requirement. Creepy is the Governor walking around the State House with pig manure on his pants and shoes.

More like ,,,”rat’s feet over broken glass in a dry cellar.”

Rod and company may get the Order of Poison Ivy or the Order of the Skunk but never the Order of the Palmetto. Unless he gets Jake elected as Governor. That might not be a bad idea. He works for dog bones.

unless rod shealy is working as a painting contractor, he has nothing to do with beaufort’s illegal immigration problem. when facts are not facts they are generally to be understood as lies or ignorance. in this case, one ought to suspect the latter. FITS, you should do a little more digging around and get to the bottom of this story. i’m pretty sure you’re not there yet.

I would consider it a badge of honor to be called “creepy” by Mark Sanford.

The 12-member Savannah River Maritime Commission was charged by the state legislature to represent South Carolina in matters…

Mike McShane, director of the Department of Natural Resources, said he thinks ambiguity was by design.

“It gives broad powers to be figured out by the commission,” McShane said.

Dean Moss also is general manager of the Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority and a member of the Savannah River Committee said “the group has a lot of authority to get the state committed to something without having to check in with someone”.
