The SC Dems couldn't even get a formitabe candidate to run againist Graham?  It is pretty bad when you have a US Senator running basically uncontested and something tells me it's not due to his overwhelming level of support.</description>

How in the hell do you square that with the fact that A. no states are currenly complying with REAL ID and B. are you saying just by virtue of the fact that we are not doing our licenses in the manner proscribed by the federal government criminal will flock here to not have to have a D.L. from another state that has a different hollogram or enters their driver's data into another data base et cetera?</description>
