PALMETTO STATE NO. 4 IN NEW STUDY OF “MOST DANGEROUS” PLACES TO LIVE

FITSNews – March 17, 2008 – South Carolina’s No. 1 violent crime ranking has helped earn our state a top five ranking in a new study of America’s “Most Dangerous States.” Yeah … we couldn’t believe it, either. Who would have guessed that crime would be a problem in the dumbest, poorest, most ass-backward redneck state in the entire nation?

Anyway, South Carolina ranks just behind Nevada, Louisiana and New Mexico on the list, yet another example of the stellar job (editor’s note: sarcasm ) our Boss Hogg leaders are doing. Remember, in those other states people have jobs. And can read.

“South Carolina: Inbred Faces, Bullet-Ridden Places.” Plan your summer vacations now, people! Toothless rednecks and a free cap in your ass are waiting!

You’re kidding, right! Surely Washington DC, New York, and California are more dangerous than (WTF!) New Mexico! Are there even *people* in New Mexico? Just a bunch of arid desert and cattle ranches, right?

Regarding Toal and pay raises. The size of government is
growing too fast however compensation for many gov. elected
officials is complicated by the fact that they only get raises
every 10 years or so. People are unable to understand what
10 years of inflationary increases compounded amounts to.
In the case of the judges these raises are excessive.
In the case of the legislature where most members take
pay cuts in order to serve. It is not.

It’s very simple: All we have to do is cut state income taxes and reduce the size of state government and all our problems, including this one, will miraculously go away. Oops, do somebody already think of that?

School vouchers are the answer!! Vouchers will fix SC’s crime problems, fix all of our public school issues and fix sic(k) willie’s chronic halitosis and toe fungus. Not much vouchers can do for willie’s reputation. It sank like the Titanic. Nothing can salvage the Titanic or his reputation.

Those toothless rednecks are who keep getting your boys elected. (Definitely “boys” and not “girls” because women are supposed to speak when spoken to, vote for Republicans, stay pregnant, and cook meatloaf, right?) Don’t knock your political base. The poorer and dumber those rednecks get, the easier it will be for you to get solid citizens like T-Rav elected. Again, great work getting that cokehead frat boy elected. You should have charged extra for that uphill task.

I agree with SoL. SC is awesome. Mountians, beaches, southern gentlemen and refined ladys are all marks of SC. Charleston, once the crown jewel of the British Empire is one of the many historically rich locations in SC. South Carolinians stand for what’s right in this nation. The people embrace a rich southern tradition that cannot be found in most of the modern South. South Carolina is the heart of the Deep South.

South Carolina isn’t dangerous. That’ll only likely be true in Columbia. Outside of Columbia, nearly all crimes are racist crimes. I once lived in Columbia, between the Late ’70s and Late ’80s. Then, I moved to Houston. Houston is too Yankee, compared to Columbia. I choose to move back to Columbia. I have pride of South Carolina.
