Might need a few rules. a. Black powder pistols only. I'm sure the Black Caucus will argue for chrome 9's but we need to stick to the traditional here b. Friendly fire kills will count as tiebreakers. c. Should either participant show weakness, the Speaker is required to pop a cap in his/her ass. d. Treatment of serious wounds will be only be permitted by an 80% majority vote. Filibusters are encouraged. The Goveneloper can appoint replacements for losses only within his party.
