NEW ENGLAND INKS WIDE RECEIVER TO THREE-YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION

FITSNews - March 4, 2008 - Star wide receiver Randy Moss signed a three-year contract extension with the New England Patriots yesterday, a $27 million deal that included a $12 million signing bonus and up to $15 million worth of incentives. In other news, longtime Indianapolis Colts’ fan Sic Willie balled up in the fetal position on the floor and started bawling like a little b*tch. From the Boston Globe:

Dogged by questions about his commitment, his character, and his durability, Moss, 31, restored both his name and his game in his first season in New England, catching 98 passes for a franchise-record 1,493 yards and breaking Jerry Rice’s NFL record of 22 touchdown receptions set in 1987.

Moss also caught the game-winning touchdown in Super Bowl XLII … oh, wait … no he didn’t. New York Giants’ quarterback Eli Manning led his underdog team down the field all John Elway-style to pull off a last-second, come-from-behind win (editor’s note: Yippeeee!!).

Look, Cheaters never win, people. Remember that …

At least the Patriots made it to the Super Bowl unlike that “team” that you have an undying love for.

By the way, isn’t time for another Peyton Manning commercial. He might as well be a tv star since he can’t consistently get it done.

Colt Choker,

Dude, we know that’s you. At least we didn’t choke the last time we made it …
