S.C. WAYS & MEANS CHAIRMAN MAY HAVE REMOVED HIS CELEBRATED MAXILLOFACIAL

FITSNews – February 19, 2008 – If new photographs (above) taken just last week at a House Ways & Means Committee meeting are to be believed, S.C. Rep. Dan Cooper may have removed the celebrated macrodontia that spawned perhaps the greatest nickname in South Carolina political history, “Chairman Egg-Tooth.”

Scientists are studying digitially-enhanced versions of these new images very carefully in the hopes of determining what happened to the infamous tooth, and FITSNews may dispatch a team of paleontologists to the S.C. State House as early as this Wednesday to gather additional data.
