AIKEN RINO WON’T SEEK REELECTION

FITSNews – February 12, 2008 – Aiken State Rep. Skipper Perry, one of the biggest “Republicans In Name Only” in all of state government, will not seek re-election to the S.C. House of Representatives this year.

“It’s been fun and I love politics. It’s an addiction,” Perry told the Aiken Standard.

Oh, it’s been an addiction alright – a friggin’ expensive one, if you happen to be a South Carolina taxpayer.

Anyway, Perry was one of two RINOs who announced his intention to step down yesterday, joining Assistant Majority Leader Adam Taylor (RINO – God’s Country). Expect both men to be ushered to the front of the buffet line at tonight’s Supreme Court legislative reception as a token of Jokerville appreciation for being so good at wasting your money.

I guess this will make it easier for your guys to pool their money against the remaining anti-school choice incumbents.

What does that add the count up to? At least 10 members of the house not running for reelect.

The hitlist must be working without spending any money. Damn, a good threat will get you a lot in Palmetto Politics.
