Sic Willie Blasts Scrambled Channel Bill

FITSNews – February 5, 2008 – As if he wasn’t already in enough trouble with his mother, our founding editor Sic Willie today blasted a bill introduced by State Sen. Chip Campsen that would block audio and video signals from channels that the subscriber didn’t pay for. Campsen made no bones about the fact that his bill was targeting pornographic channels, saying that encompassing all unpaid channels would lessen the likelihood of a court challenge.
Predictibly, Sic was not amused:
It sounds like Chip had a Zen moment after catching his kid yankin’ the franklin to a bunch of squiggly lines on TV, but the fact remains all the legislation in the world isn’t going to stop teenage boys from jerking off.
Wait a minute, “yankin’ the franklin?” We asked Sic about that and he directed us to this post. Yeah, we’re not sure what goes on in that fool’s head either.

What the hand job of a senator should do is TAKE ONE LAW OFF THE BOOKS…but hey…that is what a conservative would do. And we don’t have those in SC….
