U.S. Attorney General isn't the only possible McCain appointment. There are all those federal judgeships, cabinet appointments, etc. As long as someone isn't delusional enough to think they can be president, there are 1000 other better paying and more influential presidential pork jobs to take. That sure is a lot of face time ole Henry's been giving to the Mac.
And let's face it: the Mac will crush Hitlery or the black man in a general election. But on the other hand, the last 2 times the GOP nominated their moderate (Ford in '76 and Dole in '96), none of the base showed up to vote. I tend to side with Ann Coulter on that one, too.

Henry Mac spoke at the Lexington GOP executive committee meeting on Monday evening (2/4/08) where he talked about ending parole, cracking down on CDV cases, etc. During Q&A, he was asked whether he was going to run. He said he was looking hard at it and might do it, but that he wasn't sure yet.

I was pleasantly surprised by his candor instead of the usual "I'm focused on my job, blah, blah" non-answer that these guys usually give.

Anyone consider that Henry Mac is banking on something bigger and higher up the food chain than Gubna from a potential McCain administration?

Let's face it, if someone offered you a free shot at ... say ... U.S. Attorney General ... or you could stay home and fight with three or four or five others to get to the Governor's mansion, what would YOU do?

If it were me, and the options were wide open, being the slackass I am - you can bet I'd take the cushy Washington appointment.

After all, if you're something like U.S. Attorney General, people around the country would kiss your booty, but try going to South Dakota or Iowa or Nevada, and tell 'em you're "Governor of the great state of South Carolina" and see how many of them care.

For that matter, see how many of them start backing towards the exits.

Yep, looking at it that way, we're sure you'd take the appointment too.

D String, you should be "G String." The only intelligent thing sic(k) willie's done in 36 months waz stuffing dollars in G Strings. At least the girls at the clubs he hangs at can get something to eat.

According to "reliable sources" who agreed to speak to BIN "..only if we ..bla, bla, bla," sic(k) willie is such a pervert. They have pics.

Wait for his next scoop of "kitty litter." You'll see.

Any day now we'll that learn the Midlands elected official who has a "Strom Problem." And, we all k'noz that must be one of these:

Jake, Joe, Jake, Ronnie, Jake, Chip, Jake, Nathan, Bernice, Bill, Damon, Kitty, John, Jim, Billy, Smokie, Debbie, Johnnie, Bill, Todd, Donnie, Bob, Carol, Ted, Alice, Moe, Larry, Curly, Shemp or Tonto.

We may have missed a few Midlands' elected officials. Could it be Mayor Bob? Say it's not so. Could be. Let's ask sic(k) willie.

If we missed any suspects, we're sorry. It's been a long day here at BIN News sorting through sic(k) willie's horse stones.

Harrell could never pull it off. The Dems won't sell their votes for him. I'm sure they will have their own worthy opponent. Then again when push comes to shove Harrell isn't beneath selling out the GOP to get what "he" wants.

It is hard to believe that McMaster is dropping out. After all, he has turned the AG's office into campaign central and has spent millions of tax payer dollars chasing every camera in sight.

But stranger thnigs have happened...

PS..Will...I like the photograph.
