The only cases she would have to be before Judge Anderson (based upon her areas of practice from her website) are motions to approve fee petitions in social security disability cases (another judge determines the merits of the case) and maybe personal injury case involving diverse parties and more than $75,000 in damages. Even for for the few fed cases she might have, her odds of drawing Judge Anderson are rather small. Well I stand corrected.
