		<description>Maybe we should let some middle eastern sovereign fund buy our ports? Or some Germans? Or perhaps the communist Chinese? I hear they run a great port system in Hong Kong.

Let&#039;s just say that perhaps we need better managers for our own soveriegn funds crowning jewel, and not throw out the baby with the bathwater, shall we?</description>
