HERE’S ONE OF THE JOURNALISTS WHO BROKE THE “S.C. LEGISLATIVE HIT LIST” STORY
FITSNews – January 24, 2008 – Again, we had absolutely no idea that Sic Willie was this important, but the website Shot Politics has an extensive video interview with one of the authors of yesterday’s Free Times story about an alleged legislative hit list rumored to have been concocted by our founding editor.

According to our sources at the S.C. State House, the latest theory is that Sic Willie was the one who leaked the story to The Free Times in the first place, and that it was all part of some Machiavellian effort to gain exposure for his imaginary consulting firm and drive traffic to FITSNews.com.
Wait a minute … that’s exactly what’s happened. Sic! You devil you!
Actually, we know exactly who leaked the list. We also know how they did it, when they did it and why they did it. And not surprisingly, it’s just the latest backfire in a long line of failed attempts to get our favorite bad boy to shut the hell up.
Here’s a hint, people … try boobs next time. They literally incapacitate him.
IRONIC UPDATE – This is neither here nor there, but four minutes and twenty-six seconds into this Shot Politics interview (right at the point when they start speculating about whether or not Sic Willie is a big fat liar), you can hear a phone ring in the background and a receptionist answer “First Tuesday, this is Taylor.”
First Tuesday, of course, is Warren Tompkins new consulting firm, which the The Shot’s editors continue to insist “has absolutely no affiliation” with their website. Well, except of course for the fact that it’s being run from inside Tompkins’ office, obviously.

You don’t often find someone that has qualities of 2 TV icons, the investigative prowess of Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane and the public speaking ability of Rain Man. Keep up the hard hitting journalism, btw, I just love those personals, Free Times.

Now that you’ve admitted (see yr post, you know who leaked “the list” “and why”) the Free Times story is true and accurate, why don’t you spill the rest of the taco sauce? You know! The rest of the story.
It’s coming out with the real media soon. You might as well get one last “williescoop” before the other shoe falls.
