THE “DIRTY POLITICS” SPECIAL IS UP, PEOPLE

FITSNews – January 5, 2008 – In case you missed Sic Willie’s big national television debut last night, he was pretty much fat, bald and uninteresting. In fact, we’re pretty sure after this video airs, his chances of ever getting laid again are about the same as the Cubbies ever winning another World Series.

Anyway, if you want to watch the NOW on PBS national TV special about “dirty politics” in South Carolina, CLICK HERE. It’s actually a pretty nifty piece of TV journalism - especially the part where veteran SC consultant Rod Shealy claims to be a “reformed bad boy” and insists that his 1990 hiring of an unemployed black fisherman to frighten whites into voting for his sister “was not a scare tactic.”

Sure thing, Rod.

Of course the SC consultant who takes it the furthest up the yin-yang in the half-hour special is former GOP kingmaker and campaign 2000 smearmeister Warren Tompkins, who declined to comment for the piece. Of course after you watch it, we think you’ll see why …

Don’t despair, the Cubs signed Fukodome. Hope springs eternal for you and the Northside crew.

As to the PBS thing, you riveted me to my seat, Will Folks. Now, would you kindly hand me a drill so I can unrivet myself? And please, no follow-ups on my being screwed. Anyway, well done.

Glad your star is rising…keep printing the truth!

I can’t believe you ratted out your Moms! You’re supposed to make them beat it out of you. At least she could’ve told you to sit up straight.

are you actually using a US flag as a curtain?

The soundbites from Shealy were taken out of context. I saw him being interviewed. He had a lot of good things to say. Too bad PBS had only one goal in mind.

You know how to spell it, Will: h.a.i.r c.l.u.b.f.o.r.m.e.n. … beats that ol’ chicken cap. … then, it’s time to say good-bye to the happy Orange Chicken and Udon stirfry. … then the gym. .. then you can go on tv again.

Impressive interview. I was pleasantly surprised.

Will and Rod, thanks for making SC proud! Two convicted criminals speaking about dirty politics in SC. Two convicted criminals who seek to influence voters in SC. Two convicted criminals. Who better.

The “reformed bad boy” description is beautiful (beautiful bullsh@t). By the way, was that mini-me we saw on the side?

But, sic(k) willie, your performance was most impressive. How do you keep a straight face while talking like an idiot?

So, here’s a contest for your other reader. Check out this photo and name the idiots: Rod, mini-me and sic(k) willie:

Nice job, FITSNews, on an impressive interview!

Great program. I thought it was right on target. I wish there were more “fact check” programs like that.
Nice job, sic willie. And I have to compliment Rod on his candor.
That program almost makes me eager to see what the next few weeks will bring in smear tactics.

abc,

RS knew what he was getting into, my guess is he got exactly what he wanted out of the piece…

we should be concerned as society when PBS has to start interviewing FITSNews as an authority on anything other than how to hide behind “sources” and say anything they want. The story made it sound like you engineered the Sanford win….political consultant ?? C’mon PBS…please use our tax dollars better

By abc on January 6th, 2008 at 11:11 pm

Dems = good, grassroots, hard, honest campaign workers.

Republicans = bad, dirty tactics, corrupt campaigns, elitist tea-partiers.

Jeffrey, I think PBS got what THEY wanted.

Dirty is telling working disabled American citizens that they are not disabled when they “fall down” or get very sick again. SC politicans agree, prior histories of court awarded disabilities are not disabilities. So crooked is our system that I lost two long term disability income policies both issued by Unum Colonial, along with many rights in the Social Security system all because I voluntarily went back to work for eleven years with my chronic lifelong illness. Yes Social Security is a federal program but I am a state resident and no elected person takes up for the little people like me. In fact, one Congressman participated in covering up a LOST MEDICAL FILE>…. and the only corporation who benefits from my medical file is Blue Cross Blue Shield. Don’t they own the Republicans????? BCBS and Colonial give Republicans A LOT of money.
These shananigans will have a detrimental affect on the rest of my life…. but wait…. life means nothing to elected Republicans in South Carolina.
