The Dirty Campaign Special Is Tonight

AND OF COURSE, THEY’RE FOCUSED ON SOUTH CAROLINA

FITSNews – January 4, 2008 – Tonight at 8:30 PM, the newsmagazine NOW on PBS will air its long-awaited special, “Dirty Politics 2008,” an inside look at the anatomy of smear campaigning and anonymous attacks in the 2008 presidential election.

Not surprisingly, the show will focus almost exclusively on the use of these tactics here in South Carolina.

Unfortunately, we just got Underdog on DVD and have been itching to watch that cute, crime-fighting pooch in action, so we’ll probably miss the premiere of tonight’s show. But we will be recording it on SCETV, and we’ve already started reading the advance weblinks from the show (here, here and here), which look pretty cool.
