Your posts are infested with “Secret Santas” hidden in closets (or, in your vivid imagination) and other unnamed sources who have their own secret agendas. Can you say: “voucher scam” ?

But nothing and I mean nothing will change until lobbying and contracting rules for the state change. As it stands now, to many “outsiders” have their hands in the till…and as long as state government contracts in secret, and with an abundance of insider influence…nothing will change.
