Great big letters on his van say GOD HATES and smaller letters list all the many things god hates, homos, abortionists, wimmins libbers etc. I think he's different from the baby-on-a-stick guy, who seems to be a single-issue activist. I always thought it was a play on the fact that dubya couldn't possibly be a proponent of living if he executed people weekly in Texas and then sent a bunch of young men and women off to die while killing off a bunch of other men, women and children.
