“Huckles” appears alongside legendary martial arts badass Chuck Norris in the ad, which incorporates several of the famous Chuck Norris Facts, satirical factoids that humorously reinforce the tough guy’s bruising image.

“My plan to secure the border?” Huckabee asks rhetorically in the ad’s introduction. “Two words: Chuck Norris.”

The pair then proceed to extol each other’s virtues, with Norris touting Huckabee’s real-life credentials and Huckabee confirming that “there’s no chin behind Chuck Norris’ beard, only another fist.”

Prior to jointly “approving the message,” Huckabee reminds voters that “Chuck Norris doesn’t endorse, he tells America how it’s gonna be.”

Bravo, Huckabee campaign. After months of mind-numbingly stale and boring political advertisements, finally one campaign is showing some creativity.

Abolish the IRS. Well, okay. I guess that means that instead of just borrowing to pay for the ill-fated Iraqi adventure, that we will start borrowing to pay for everything. Hey ,carpe diem, not to worry, our kids and grandkids can pay for it all.
