Was it not Sanford that felt we should give former State Senator Scott Richardson a salary in excess of the pay grade ?  I am sure the Senator is competent in in the insurance arena, but he has never to my knowledge ever run a state agency and the first thing Governor Do Nothing does is try to get his buddy a raise before day 1...</description>
