Sanford Endorsing Romney?
SOURCES SAY BELTWAY RUMOR IS BUNK
FITSNews – November 7, 2007 – Several well-placed Washington D.C. sources tell FITSNews that top advisors to presidential candidate Mitt Romney are boasting that the former Massachusetts governor has secured the endorsement of current S.C. governor Mark Sanford for the upcoming GOP presidential primary.
Not true, a source close to the South Carolina governor told our founding editor Sic Willie, adding that she believes the governor would be more likely to “endorse Hillary Clinton” than Mitt Romney.
“You know that’s not true, he’s talked to you about that, Will,” our source reminded us. “He’s not endorsing Romney.”
In the interest of full disclosure, this is a source that has consistently relied on Sic’s penchant for believing anything that attractive women tell him (especially attractive middle-aged women), but from everything we’ve been able to gather this morning, there’s no truth whatsoever to the Sanford-Romney rumor.

The big news of the day is Pat Robertson’s endorsement of Rudy Giuliani, probably one of the greatest acts of political whoredom in the past 100 years.

Pat Robertson is just a silly old man.
