Kentucky Voters Were Mad
BLUE REVIVAL IN BLUEGRASS STATE
FITSNews – November 7, 2007 – Kentucky’s incumbent Republican governor got his ass kicked last night, losing by 17 percentage points to an old, washed-up Democrat who only ran for the office because he couldn’t recruit anybody else to do it.
Gov. Ernie Fletcher, whose administration was dogged by charges that he abused the state hiring system to place his political allies in protected positions, became the latest victim of what one observer called “the whole culture of corruption message.”
Hmmmm … wonder if we’ll be seeing any of that same message in upcoming South Carolina races, cuz Lord knows if there’s one thing we’ve got plenty of down here in The Land That Time Forgot, it’s corruption.

We recommend delivering it to our doorstep, with candy and strippers.
Or you could just e-mail us by clicking the link on this page:

You can also never go wrong with large stacks of non-sequential bills.

I tried that email address (w@viewpolitik) and it bounced back. Is there another address I can use?

The lesson of last year is that the voters aren’t (always) stupid. Either you clean house, or they’ll do it for you.

Compared to states like Louisiana, New York and New Jersey, y’all don’t know from corruption. Trust me on this one.

Dude,
You’re right, but when you combine the unusually high level of ass-backwardness with all the corruption, it gets real close real quick.
