FITSNews - October 4, 2007 - We know most of our sistren (editor’s note: not a word) are making squeally noises and clapping their hands together excitedly in anticipation of the new Sex And The City movie, but not us.

So Carrie’s going to marry Big. Seriously, is this a surprise to anybody? We’ve known that ever since he winked at her at the end of their horse carriage ride - you know, the night Miranda’s water broke on Carrie’s shoes. And for the record, what kind of shoes was Carrie wearing in that episode??? Yeah, they were Pink Christian Louboutins, people. Don’t even try to play us …

Anyway, since that was pretty much the last time Carrie looked even remotely attractive, we’re guessing her gradual metamorphosis into a gardening rake will be finished by the time she finally heads down the aisle in this “film.” There’ll be a lot of crying, irony, sentimental music and the like, and by the time it’s over we’ll all be shaking our heads wondering why we just paid $46 to watch what Lawrence Welk and some Golden Girls’ re-runs could’ve given us for free.

Sex And The City is over. It’s all about the Hills these days, baby.
