… THANKS A LOT TO TIME, CAMPAIGNS & ELECTIONS MAGAZINES FOR MAKING SIC WILLIE EVEN MORE INSUFFERABLE AT THE OFFICE
FITSNews – September 13, 2007 – For a guy who isn’t even taken seriously within his own office cubicle, Sic Willie is sure getting a lot of love these days from mainstream press like Time and Campaigns & Elections magazine. In fact, the latter has an exclusive interview with South Carolina’s resident political bad boy (and our resident office b*tch) in its online edition today. Amazingly, the feature is also slated for publication in the magazine’s upcoming print edition. Full of warm, chocolatey goodness, here’s one particularly diplomatic quote from the Sic One’s interview:
I don’t care about offending people because let’s face it — a lot of the idiots running this state into the ground on a daily basis deserve to be offended. I’ll tell you what’s offensive — it’s not the stuff you read on FITSNews, it’s that most elected officials are more interested in getting laid at special interest cocktail parties and blowing billions of our tax dollars on useless, pork barrel spending than they are about South Carolina remaining the poorest, dumbest, unhealthiest, most ass-backward state in the nation. That’s what’s offensive.
Wow. This language is so soft, caring and cuddly, for a minute there we thought we were listening to one of those Snuggle bear fabric softener commercials. Anyway, there’s a lot more where that came from (including some eye-popping personal admissions) in the full interview, which you can read for yourself by clicking here. You know, just in case you missed it the first two times Sic Willie made us link to it.
