Ok. Here are some suggestions as to omissions. I am not as talented as Sic, but here goes.

Senator Martin - handled workers comp and got a stronger bill out of a Senate that included Land, Rankin, Hawkins, and Hutto that was stronger than the House.

Senator Ritchie - To paraphrase and to apply to politics, God covered the world with 3/4 water everything was covered by Ritchie.

Research Presidents - Love em or hate em (Roll Tide) Barker, Greenberg and Sorenson pack a lot of punch in this State.

Ed McMullen - Conservative before conservative was cool. Has the ear of many leaders in this State (Harrell, McConnell, Courson Ritchie, Merrill, Bingham, Pitts, Duncan and Haley et al). Provides the information and advice to get things done. Also has the contacts on the national level to keep things accountable (no new taxes pledge signers).

Willie has his head shoved up his !#@. Sanford appointed hacks to the cabinet? Let's see: Robbie Kerr at DHHS, acknowledged by folks on both sides of the political aisle to be the best director of the healthcare agency in decades. Scott Richardson, who turned the coastal insurance situation from lemon to lemonade. Joe Taylor, someone who also gets extremely high marks from both R's and D's and has presided the past two years on the highest creation of new jobs in SC history. Judge Byars at DJS, whose out-of-the box approaches finally got SC off the court-ordered federal watch list. Marcia Adams, who reduced wait-times at the DMV from over an hour to about 10 minutes. And, finally, consider that none of these extremely qualified folks were part of the Sanford election in 2002. Compare that record of appointing qualified people to the legislature's election of a Summerville CPA hack to the Budget and Control Board on the strength of his promise to return legislative control to an executive agency and in the wake of his refusal to respond to reports of civil suits from misappropriation of funds from a business partner (rev up the competitive grant slush fund -- fesitvals and balloon races have gone begging for too long!). Willie, do your homework before spouting off about something you know precious little about.

Sanford a change agent? Change what?
In the cabinet form of government he has done little more than hire his friends and relatives in high positions........ Now that is a change from hiring qualified, experienced people.

Justice Toal...they would have cut the nuts off any lawyer that left the scene of an accident once, much less TWICE. Typical, houlier than thou, do as I say and not as I do. They should cut her nuts off.
See State v. Horton, 271 S.C. 413, 248 S.E.2d 263 (1978)holding that leaving the scene of an accident is a crime of moral turpitude)

South Carolina courts have defined moral turpitude as "an act of baseness, vileness, or depravity in the private and social duties which a man owes to his fellow man, or to society in general, contrary to the accepted and customary rule of right and duty between a man and man." State v. Horton, 271 S.C. 413, 414, 248 S.E.2d 263, 263 (1978). Further, "[a]n act in which fraud
is an ingredient involves moral turpitude." Id. In determining whether a crime is one involving moral turpitude, courts focus primarily on the duty to society and fellow man that is breached by the commission of the crime. Alex Sanders et. al., Trial Handbook for South Carolina Lawyers § 13:13 at 484 (2000).

Also, see this link that indicates the Gov. has the power to remove an official that has committed a crime of moral turpitude:
