There migh be a correlation here. I am not claiming Sanford or the department under his direct control would miscount or cacluate these numbers in order to be beneficial to him - but it should raise a red flag when some one takes oversight into their own hands from a likely more independent agency, did Mark state why he felt it was better for him to take the reigns of this away from the commission? “Trust me, I’ll do my own oversight”
