He thinks a Supreme Court decision authored by Roberts and joined by Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Kennedy is a "regrettable decision"? That means that McCain more in line with Souter, Breyer, Stevens and Ginsburg on the Court. If I were the other candidates, I'd start hammering this home like crazy today. I have a feeling that this will come back to bite McCain in the ass (not that his campaign needs much help tanking these days).
